Prescription Refills

Please review your medication supply regularly to ensure you do not run out. On routine medication refills, please call your pharmacy directly. In the event you are out of refills, please call (704) 783-1308 and select option #3. Please have all the following information when you call:

.  Patient's name
.  Patient's date of birth
.  Patient's telephone number
.  Name of medication
.  Medication instructions
.  Name of pharmacy
.  Pharmacy telephone number

Routine refill requests are processed from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All calls received after 3:00 p.m. may be handled the next business day. Please allow 24 hours for medication refills.

The on-call physician does not have access to your medical record and will not be able to call in refills. Pain medications (controlled substances) will not be refilled after hours.

We do not dispense prescriptions, medications or sample medications between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
