Please review your medication supply regularly to ensure you do not run out. If your prescription runs out or expires before your next visit, please call the pharmacy that filled the prescription; they will contact our office for refills.

Controlled substances (pain medications) must be called into our office at 704-403-1308.  You will be prompted to press 3 for refills. Please have all the following information when you call:

• Patient's name
• Patient's date of birth
• Patient's telephone number
• Name of medication
• Medication instructions
• Name of pharmacy
• Pharmacy telephone number

Routine refills are done from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. All requests received after 3:00 PM will be handled the next business day. We cannot refill controlled substances after business hours.

Please allow 24 hours for medication refills.

We do not dispense prescriptions or sample medication between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm.
